The Soft Hollow-Core Polyester Fiber is supplied in a 2kg / 4.4lb bag. A key benefit of the fiber is that it can be partially removed to allow for individual pressure care and patient-specific adjustment.
When removing some of the filling, the hollow-core fiber does not migrate or shift in the same way as micro-polystyrene beads, which tend to move to fill gaps. Polyester fiber is cooler and softer against the body compared to foam or micro-polystyrene beads. It is also silent in use, so if a patient’s head is resting on a cushion, there is no noise disturbance.

Open the bag and take out the required amount of fiber. Reseal the bag to prevent insects, dirt, or dust from entering.
