Slide Boards

Pelican has a range of plastic slide boards to help people transfer. This may be transferring to or from a wheelchair to a car, bed, commode, shower trolley, etc, but also to or from a hospital bed to an operating table. Our Slide Boards are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and thicknesses. Correct manual handling techniques are important for carers helping transfer.
