WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

The Stocking Slider – Open End, is used when applying compression stocking to a leg or arm. The compression stocking are designed to bit a firm fit, and putting them on without any sort of appliance can be difficult. The Stocking Slider – Open End, is made from a very strong and slippery material. An advantage of using this product is when you grasp the material, you are grasping it against the material, not against the person’s skin.

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR?

The Stocking Slider – Open End is suitable to help someone put on tight fitting open-toe compression stockings, such as TED Stockings, on legs or arms.

BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  1. Put the Stocking Slider over the foot, ankle and shin (or arm).
  2. Put the compression stocking over the Stocking Slider.
  3. After the stocking is fully on the foot and leg (or arm), pull the Stocking Slider end loop away from the foot.
  4. Keep pulling the Stocking Slider until it is completely free. Tuck the Stocking Slider back inside itself ready to use again.

When removing from an arm, either pull the end loop, or put the loop over a door handle.

CLEANING METHOD

DRYING METHOD

Air dry in the shade. Alternatively, tumble dry on a cool temperature and make sure the drum is cool.
