ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Turning Rails, sometimes called half rail, are used for patients who benefit by holding onto the turning rail when they turn over or get out of bed. The Bed Rail Protector for Turning – Half Rail, fills the gap in turning rails. Some patients may roll and slip through the Turning Rail, so this protector will help to stop the patient from going through the Turning Rail.

WHO SHOULD USE THIS PRODUCT?
This product may help people who use turning rails, but may be at risk of entrapment in the bed rails. Entrapment may include getting their arm, leg or possibly their head caught in the rails.
It also helps stop pillows from falling off the bed.
HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
Position the Protector with the webbing on the outside. Allow room on both sides of the rail for the patient’s hands. Adjust the height so they can hold the top rail. Secure the Hook & Loop Tape over the top rail and cut to size if necessary. When fitting, pull the webbing firmly through the small black plastic loop to make a tight fit.
