ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The Bed Fall Mat – Sewn is a foam crash mat designed to help reduce the risk of injury if a person falls from bed.
It is intended for use alongside most beds, preferably those that can be lowered close to the floor. It is not designed for use with high bed positions or beds with raised side rails.
The mat includes high-visibility webbing along one edge. A warning sign is also supplied to alert carers to the potential trip hazard when the mat is in place.
WHO SHOULD USE THIS PRODUCT?
Suitable for environments where there is a risk of injury from a fall from bed.
HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
Lower the bed as far as possible and place the mat on the floor beside the bed, ensuring there is no gap between the bed and the mat.
When not in use, the mat can be folded and stored behind the head of the bed.
