ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The Bed Fall Mat is a covered foam safety cushion (crash mat) designed to be placed adjacent to a bed to help reduce the risk of injury in the event of a bed exit or fall. It is intended for use with beds positioned at low height and is not designed for impact protection from higher elevations or from beds with raised side rails.
High-visibility tabs are sewn along one edge to improve visibility and aid correct positioning. The mat folds into thirds for ease of storage. It is supplied with a warning sign that can be placed on a door handle to alert carers to a potential trip hazard.
This product is available in beige or blue.
The product is fully heat-sealed to support infection control and allow for easy cleaning.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
Lower the bed to its lowest safe position and place the mat on the floor adjacent to the bed. Ensure there is no gap between the bed and the Bed Fall Mat.
When not in use, the mat can be folded and stored behind the head of the bed.
