ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The Slide Pad is a large pad used to slide sitting people to and from cars, chairs etc. It can be used with one of the Pelican Slide Boards.
Two Pads can also be used for moving people who are lying down. This may be when moving across from a shower trolley, operating table, bed, etc.
WHO SHOULD USE THIS PRODUCT?
Suitable for patients who need to be transferred while in a sitting position.
HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
One Pad is placed under the hips and the other under the shoulders. Depending on the weight of the person, one or two carers can use the Pad. Use the handles to slide across on top of the Slide Board.

CLEANING METHOD
Wipe clean or machine or hand wash.

Use a mild hospital disinfectant and wipe cleaner, or use a detergent for washing. Do not use fabric softener.
DRYING METHOD
Air dry in the shade. Alternatively, tumble dry on a cool temperature and make sure the drum is cool.
