ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The Over Door Arm Exerciser is designed to assist post-operative patients in regaining upper limb movement and range of motion.
It is constructed from webbing, hooks over the top of a door, and includes adjustable hand loops.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
The exerciser is positioned over a door, where it is secured when the door is closed. Alternatively, the top loop can be hung from a suitable hook.
It includes two adjustable hand loops. The user places their hands into the loops in a comfortable position, without needing to grip them directly.
The exerciser may be used while standing or sitting, facing toward or away from the door, as directed by a healthcare professional. Typically, the unaffected arm assists the affected arm through controlled movement.
