    WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

The Arm Elevator Pad is designed to comfortably support and elevate the arm during a lateral spinal X-ray procedure, to ensure a clear image of the spine.

It consists of two components (Sold Separately – Select from the drop-down menu above):

    • Pad – The large, cushioned top part that cradles the arm.
    • Raiser – The smaller base piece that fits underneath the Pad to increase elevation when needed.

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR?

Suitable for people undergoing an X-ray, and may also be used to promote better circulation, reducing swelling, and aiding recovery after a surgery.

    BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The Pad can be used on either arm. Adjust the angle of the Pad slightly for the most comfort and to suit the swelling or positioning needs. Always ensure the setup is stable before placing your arm on it. Use a soft towel or sheet over the Pad for hygiene and comfort if desired.

    Basic Setup (Standard Elevation)

    • Place the Pad directly on a flat surface, such as the X-ray table, bed, couch, or recliner.
    • Gently rest the arm on top of the Pad so that it lies comfortably and is slightly elevated above heart level.

    Increased Elevation (With Raiser)

    • For higher arm elevation, place the Raiser on the flat surface first.
    • Position the Pad securely on top of the Raiser.
    • Check that the setup is stable and the Pad is not slipping.
    • Rest the arm on the Pad as described above.
