ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The Turn Yourself Pad is a flat piece of slippery material, with a foam piece underneath which helps is grip onto the bed. This helps someone turn in be with minimal effort , and is much easier than turning on standard bed sheets. The material is thin and breathable, and shouldn’t increase sweating.
This product is available in:
- Standard breathable nylon
- With a layer of thermoregulating material
WHO SHOULD USE THIS PRODUCT?
This product is great for people who have trouble turning in bed, and need help to turn over. This may be due to:
- Old age
- Arthritis
- Other muscular skeletal issues
- Parkinson’s Disease
- Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) / Motor Neuron Disease (MND)
HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
Place the Turn Yourself Pad on the bed with the Foam side down. This helps it stay in place. Lay in the middle of the Pad, either directly on the Material, or with a bed sheet or incontinence pad between the Material and the person.
Using your arms and legs, shuffle to turn to one side. This product helps people get a better nights’ sleep, even if the Sheet looks untidy in the morning.
