ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The Sling Neck Support is designed to help support and stabilize a patient’s neck and head while they are using a lifting sling. It may assist patients who experience extensor spasms.
It consists of a foam roll with a removable polycotton cover and two hook & loop tape straps.
WHO SHOULD USE THIS PRODUCT?
This product is suitable for sling users who require head and neck support.
HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
The Neck Support can be fitted to many types of slings and hoists by passing the white loop tape straps on either side through the sling’s webbing loops, or around the hoist hooks.
Adjust the strap length so that the Neck Support curves around the back of the patient’s neck before securing the hook & loop tape. The loop tape straps can be trimmed once the correct length has been determined.
