ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The Mattress Strap is a 10cm / 4″ wide loop tape strap with a black triglide that secures around a bed mattress. It allows Sleep System positioning devices with hook tape on the underside to attach securely in place.
The width of the strap allows positioning devices to be placed either in line with the bed or at an angle.
Three sizes are available to fit Single, King Single, Double, Queen, and King beds.
It is possible to use more than one Mattress Strap on a bed, depending on the patient’s individual positioning needs.
WHO SHOULD USE THIS PRODUCT?
Suitable for use on beds where the person uses hook & loop (Velcro) positioning supports.
HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
Tilt or lift one end of the mattress to gain access underneath. Place the Mattress Strap around the mattress, ensuring the wide loop tape section sits on the top surface of the mattress.
Thread the hook tape through the triglide and pull the strap tight until it is securely fitted, then fasten the hook and loop closure.
Attach the positioning device(s) to the strap as required.

CLEANING METHOD
Machine or hand wash.
MAXIMUM WASHING TEMPERATURE
80°C / 176°F.
DETERGENT
Use a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener.
DRYING METHOD
Air dry in the shade. Alternatively, tumble dry on a cool temperature and make sure the drum is cool.
