ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The Pelican Heat/Cold Pack – Single Shoulder is filled with lupin seeds which effectively retain both heat or cold. They are lightweight with a low odor after heating, compared to wheat. Special sizes can be made to order.

This Heat/Cold Pack is intended for use only on the designated areas as specified in the instructions. Misuse may lead to injury or irritation.
Never use a Heat Pack as a hot water bottle in bed as this traps the heat under the covers and may cause a fire.
Avoid prolonged use of either heat or cold therapy to prevent skin irritation or damage.
Discontinue use if you experience discomfort, irritation, or unusual sensations.
WARNING: Pregnant individuals should avoid applying heat directly to the abdomen, as it could raise internal temperatures and potentially affect the developing foetus. Avoid placing the pack directly on your belly unless advised by your doctor.
