ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The Footplate Foot Holder Straps hold a foot on the footplate of a wheelchair. If the person is not wearing shoes, we recommend wearing socks, so that the hook & loop tape is not uncomfortable. They are sold as a pair.

The Footplate Foot Holder Straps is suitable for people who feet can slip off the footplate.
HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
Attach the Footplate Foot Holder Straps to the footplate. Then attach around the shoe or foot.

GENERAL PUBLIC RESTRAINT AUTHORIZATION LETTER
If this positioning device is purchased for use in a private home, we require authorization from a suitable person. This is to ensure it will be used correctly and safely by the family and/or carers, and that using it will not be dangerous. Examples of a suitable person who is able to sign the letter are: Occupational Therapist; Physical Therapist; Clinical Nurse Manager; Registered Nurse; Doctor; or another suitably qualified person. Please return a copy to us when ordering. Note: This letter is not required when we send some positioning devices to aged care facilities or hospitals, because their staff are already trained in their safe use.
