Parcel Weight
Although we can send orders of any weight and size, the shipping estimate feature on our online shop has a 44lbs / 20kg parcel limit. If you try to order products over this weight, you will be prompted to contact us, and we will send you a quote. Let us know what you need, and we will get back to you with a quote.
Delivery Times
Pelican is based in Perth, Australia. The delivery times for stock products for international orders is generally 5-10 working days, but it can take longer. Excludes public holidays and time in Customs if applicable, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our freight company’s control. We always try to have stock of every product (excluding made-to-order products). Sometimes, if we run out of stock, we replenish the products within a few days.
Overseas Customs Duty
Pelican is based in Australia. For overseas orders:
- Customs are duties/taxes/fees/charges are payable by the customer, unless the cost is displayed as part of the Pelican online order checkout. These costs depend on the local customs regulations for each country, region and territory.
- We cannot control any Customs delays.
International/Foreign Transaction Fees
For overseas orders your bank may charge you an International or Foreign Transaction Fee, based on their terms. We do not control these charges.
