WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?
The Pelican Heat/Cold Pack – Pregnancy is filled with lupin seeds which effectively retain both heat or cold. They are lightweight with a low odor after heating, compared to wheat. Special sizes can be made to order.
Strong elastic Support Braces (also known as Suspenders) for the Pack are included to enable people to walk around while wearing the Pack.
WHO IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR?
Heat therapy may help relieve aches and stiffness, while cold therapy may help ease swelling and pain. Both heat and cold therapies may help ease symptoms of arthritis. Some people may use a Cold Pack to reduce swelling, then after a day or two, use a Heat Pack to relax their muscles.
BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Always use a barrier between the Heat/Cold Pack – Pregnancy and bare skin. This is to help prevent burns and to help keep the Pack clean from things like sweat or moisturzer. A shirt, trousers, towel, tea towel, or napkin could be suitable.

The Support Brace must be removed from the Heat/Cold Pack before putting it in the microwave or freezer.
